Merchandise is shipped using USPS. USPS rates apply.

Once your invoice has been paid, items will be mailed within 24-48 hrs. Mailings are normally done Monday – Friday

A tracking number will be provided for all orders, Simply Tavia’s Boutique is not responsible once package is handed to USPS and any other shipping company, a tracking number is provided.

We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business.
